The services provided to the customer by yazilim.store are only available for the Linux Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting options. There is no refund for domain name registration-transfer, VPS-VDS, rental server, SSL certificate, co-location, licensing, software and other services. Balances / Credits in the customer's account cannot be returned to the Bank Accounts. |

What are the warranty conditions for the service? |

10-clause service contract for the provider and user of the service; It is stated on the SERVICE CONTRACT. |

In how many days can a refund be requested? |

In linux web hosting and reseller hosting services provided to the customer by yazilim.store, a refund can be requested within 3 days from the service start or renewal date. No refund can be requested for domain name registration-transfer, VPS-VDS, rental server, SSL certificate, co-location, licensing, software and other services. There is no refund for the 4th day or about days. |

Is the balance / credit added to the account returned to my bank account? |

Unfortunately, the Balance / Credit amounts you have added to your yazilim.store customer account cannot be refunded to your Bank Accounts. yazilim.store is not a deposit account and does not carry out banking activities. As stated in this contract, you can use your relevant balance amount for your invoices. |

How many days will I get the refund? |

For payments made by wire transfer and EFT, the remittance / eft transaction fee and usage period are cut and a refund is made within 7 working days via the same bank. For payments made by Credit / Debit Card, a return order is given and a refund is made to your card account within 2 to 14 business days with the name PAYTR. |
